At Certizon, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of digital exam delivery, all purchases are generally non-refundable once the exam is issued.

  • Duplicate payment made for the same order
  • Incorrect exam issued due to a system error
  • Exam not received within the promised timeframe

4. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Exams already redeemed or used
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Failure to appear for an exam or event linked to the exam
