CertiZon reserves the right to correct pricing errors, typographical mistakes, technical inaccuracies, or system-generated pricing anomalies at any time before voucher issuance.

If a pricing error materially affects an order, customers will be contacted regarding available options, including cancellation and refund where applicable.

7. Voucher Delivery

All certification vouchers sold through CertiZon are delivered in digital format only. No physical products will be shipped.

Unless otherwise specified, certification vouchers are generally delivered within 24 hours after:

  • Successful payment confirmation;
  • Completion of any required verification processes; and
  • Availability of the voucher from the applicable Certification Provider.

Voucher delivery is made to the email address provided by the Customer during the purchase process. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their email address is accurate and accessible.

Customers should check their inbox, spam, junk, and promotions folders before contacting CertiZon regarding non-receipt of a voucher.

Delivery timelines are estimates only. Delays caused by Certification Providers, payment verification, force majeure events, technical issues, or circumstances beyond CertiZon's reasonable control shall not constitute a breach of these Terms.

If a voucher cannot be delivered due to an error attributable to CertiZon, we will use reasonable efforts to resolve the issue promptly.

8. Refunds and Cancellations

Certification vouchers are digital products and are generally non-refundable and non-cancellable once an order has been confirmed. Customers acknowledge that digital vouchers cannot ordinarily be returned once issued.

Refunds may be considered only in exceptional circumstances, including:

  • Duplicate payment for the same order;
  • Payment successfully received but the voucher cannot be issued;
  • Technical errors attributable to CertiZon that prevent fulfillment of the order;
  • Situations where the requested voucher becomes unavailable and no suitable alternative can be provided.

Refund requests will be reviewed individually. Approval of a refund is at the sole discretion of CertiZon after verification of the relevant circumstances.

No refunds will be provided in circumstances including, but not limited to:

  • Failure to schedule or attend the examination;
  • Failure to meet Certification Provider eligibility requirements;
  • Expiration of a voucher due to Customer inaction;
